I hate coming to DCVA. I had to go to the ER 4 times in pain with diverticulitis then they decided to admit me. And the women's clinic is trifling as street trash.
The center it’s self is beautiful, but the doctors are some of the people who care the least of anyone I have ever met! I am a veteran with a horrible nerve disease.... The doctor that I was assigned to would not even give me the respect of seeing me at our appointment time she just sent her nurse out to deal with me.
Dr. Laquinta Atley is a wonderful pharmacist, great disposition and very responsive!
My wife just tried to post this but has apparently been blocked for her past criticisms. Anxious to see whether I can post. When are you going to put up religious displays for Witches and Satanists? Too bad I can’t give you zero stars. So many bad outweigh the 1 good experience I had at this VA. Our veterans deserve better I am lucky that I have private insurance provide by my job where I can actually see providers who would at least act like they care. I understand the number of people that come through can be overwhelming but you can atleast get the customer service part correct.
I am not the only Traditional Fee Basis Provider not being paid. Will continue to see my Veteran clients pro bono but really wish the @VeteransHealth would get themselves together #CNNiReport Any help would be appreciated!
There is a handful of medical staff that truly cares about the Veterans. The administrative staff, call center employees, just about everyone OTHER than the medical staff...they make it almost IMPOSSIBLE for the Veteran to get the care he needs. My father is a retired disabled Vietnam Veteran. He had a catastrophic stroke on December 16, 2014. When I was legally made his guardian, and I contacted the VA, I was told my father was not in their system and he was ineligible! ...Continue Reading
Very good medical facility - 2017, went there for a few minor injuries
If I could give it negative k would. I am 100% Disabled Veteran and this specific hospital has treated me with nothing but rudeness and disrespect. P.S. They do not have any doctors or appointments available for anything! This place is a chop shop..horrible and disgraceful, I would rather pay out of pocket.
