Had , same day surgery procedure, done. From the minute I checked in and being discharge, l received very good service. The nurses treated me with respect and even call me to check if I made it home alright, cuz I forgot to call her. My pain management doctor "Doctor Jose Suros", along with his assistant nurse "RN Ernanie P. Soriano" was the best. I came into this procedure with worries, and they calm me down. Thank you again. Will stay with my pain management doctor.
The staff were professional about my , they were very knowledgeable of the process and procedures necessary for the implant

Everything went great. Was seen within minutes from check in. I like the kiosk check in.
Was in and out within a hour even thought the computers were slow
Lesson in life, People suck ass, veterans can actually be worse. I've only seen a professional attitude from the employees here in DC. Maybe all the entitled types posting here should look in the mirror a little. None of us are going to have exposure to the higher ups who created all the VA problems they are out of our pay grade. Jesus Christ, give these working people a break.
I've encountered more negatives than positives. This government agency is absolutely is the worst. I literally can write a book - these employees will do anything to keep their position and title. They have on regular partake in illegal activities.
I had a surgery Aug 3rd in the same day procedure floor and they took great care of me. I was super nervous but I am at home recovering fine with my family.
The people that work there are nice. On some days it's impossible to find parking. There aren't many options for food and the healthier options are at the Starbucks where it will cost you$ 7 for a salad
