Slow, inattentive, unprofessional staff. Rude is a charitable description. Led by unconnected, indifferent, self-promoting executive leaders.

Great customer service but the production of work is at an ALL TIME LOW!!! It took 2 1/2 weeks just to get my consult completely authorized correctly!! This only happened after I personally walked in to walk my consultation through various chanbeks of Supervision vs staff!! Tge entire process was very frustrating and in my opinion, this is a result of poor leadership!!

Stop hiring all these worthless people! everyone I seem to run across there is a giant A$$hole! No one seems to know what the hell is going on there 99% of the time. Most of the employees look drugged out of their damn minds still have asleep, clothes all stained and wrinkled to hell, only worried about their precious cup of coffee and BSing with their buddies instead of coming to work on time!! (key word there!) and ready to work! I'm glad TRUMP is firing a bunch of you guys! more the better!

First was the four hour wait. Second was the fact that they ran no tests. Gave me ibuprofen and sent me home. Gotta schedule an appointment with a neurologist now. Sheesh.......
