I presented to the ER with respiratory issue and treated by Dr. Clarence Chan. Not my first rodeo with my asthma but I was discharged with my instructions to call back if concerned with rising blood sugars. Called back around 4:30pm and Dr. Chan chatted with me as my blood sugar was high and again made himself available again at 8:30pm as they continued to creep up. The VA hospital always try hard to take care of us. My dentist is top notch.
Commentary : We find Old Hero's among us every day , some who were never recognized for their actions in a war until it's too late to say Thank you for your Service and more. .... Many who served in WW l never were recognized or received a full Military Funeral upon their return from MIA. from Both WW I and WW II who's families searched until they were found. in Mass graves. and for those who served In Korea and in Nam and every Military action since....I say Thank you for your service and dedication to uphold the US Constit... read more
Everyone knows this "hospital" is horrible. Took my uncle there for his vascular appt and my father and I had to literally lift him onto the table! I asked if there were orderlies here to do this and was told no. This is unacceptable.
