I cannot begin to say how wonderful this place is! All the way from the shuttle drivers, clerks, techs and providers - this is an amazing facility. I feel incredibly blessed to have this place at our disposal for my husbands healthcare needs!!!
They have really stepped up their game since the last time I visited in 2014.
They always take good care of me,. Everytime I go I try to be nice and I'm never disappointed,
If the local clinic was just half as good, I would not be going through this or going outside the system yo have 4 surgeries and get proper treatment.
I went and had my Implants cleaned and had several teeth fixed. It took 4hours and 35 minutes, which I am glad the Dr Took his time and all involved were just Awesome. The VA HOSPITAL DENTAL AND LAB WERE # 1 In my book. Thank you guys.
The service received since the clinics moved to a separate building are vastly improved. The Gold clinic staff are great as is the lab and pharmacy. Maybe not the norm but I was in & out in an hour as a walk-in. Compare that to your local "doc-in-the-box. Appointments for specialty clinics can still be a nightmare at the main hospital.
I've been using the Bham VA for about 9-10 years, and have never had any real issues with them. I went yesterday for a reevaluation at the C&P Dept, and was in and out within an hour. The staff treated me very well. Semper Fi
