We found that the VA was very helpful and very courteous.
Overall the VA hospital is good. It is just one department that we have a problem with. Every time my husband is scheduled an appointment in this department, he ends up walking out. He has done this 4 times. Orthopedic, ENT on the 3rd floor is notorious for scheduling vets and making them wait hours before being seen, sometimes causing vets to miss other appointments. Thanks for a great no superb service by everyone I saw,t his is service that doesn't get publicity. I DOUBT THE SERVICE I RECEIVED COULD HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER. GREAT ATTITUDE BY EVERYONE HOPEFULLY THE PUBLIC WILL .
Besides not finding any doors open on a Sunday besides the ER. The staff was was great and the doctors helped the family understand what was going on and the actions they were doing to get a resolution.
The staff and doctors have all been kind and helpful and appear to have my best interest going forward. Food could be better. Very accommodating and helpful.
