Have only had my account a few months, and I’m already closing it for a new Credit Union. The customer service is terrible both on the phone and in the branch, they set there fees up in a way to literally steal your money. I’ve been lied to, given the run around, and just flat out treated poorly in my short time here. Highly DO NOT recommend.
Horrible Company Stealing my Gap paperwork stating they needed to complete my GAP for my previous car. Then sending letters in the Mail my car isnt paid for because my GAP hasnt been claimed?? Was supposed to here from Supervisor Ben and Never heard from him again regarding getting my paperwork back. Now claiming that they dont have it?? Check your cameras in Lehi and your phone records you guys are screwing this up BAD! see ya tomorrow
we have been with them for years never a problem tell recently. my son managed to make 2 different .99 cent charges to my account and we had no money in the account. within 3 days these 2 .99 cent charges tried pulling a total of 9 times. UCCU charged us 25 dollars per .99 cent charge! when I called to see if they could waiver the charge explaining the situation, because paying 150 dollars for 9 dollar charge is absolutely ridiculous!! they refused, I had to go through the chain of command and speak with a manager. they stil... read more
WARNING: NEVER BUY VISA DEBIT CARDS from UCCU. UNETHICAL! They are so deceiving! The date on the card issued says you have 5 years until it expires. However, don't plan on saving it or spending it! After one year they start deducting $3 PER MONTH until the card is depleted. My cute senior dad has used his precious money giving out countless cards for birthdays and Christmas gifts to all his children and grandchildren. UCCU has been my primary choice for years. Some complain because they don’t get money as early than other providers via direct deposit. However the amount of security and amazing financial advice I’ve received keeps me at UCCU.

I joined UCCU in 1979 and have had no regrets. I had used standard, a fee-for-everything banks, both in Utah and back in Alabama. UCCU beats them all!
