I paid to have a stop put on a check. One day later the check went through with no action on UCCU's part. This resulted in an overdraft and multiple fines. I had to go into a branch and explain it multiple times to multiple people. I was also fined because they didn't consider the error to be theirs. I have since been reimbursed for the fines, but I'll be looking for another bank after this. I've been with UCCU since 1989, but this is probably the last straw.
Wanted to take the time to give Kendall 5 starts. I just got off the phone with her a few minutes ago and she is the best representative I've talked to in my dealings with UCCU. All have been great, but I really appreciate her attitude. Go find that girl and give her a raise!

Utah Community Credit Union has been good in the past, but this last update has left things hard to work with. My account is no longer linked with my wife, and I've gotten error messages each time I tried to re-link it. Making payments would be a lot easier (read: possible without using a balance transfer) if there was an easy way to get our accounts linked again.
I will never bank with UCCU ever again. What a nightmare.
Worst experience ever. We waited 10 minutes in the drive-through because no one was attending us. I ended up calling the corporate office and asking them to get someone in the drive-through to help us. Awful experience.
If you have any other choice of a bank or credit union, use them before ever using UCCU. They put themselves first before ever considering their customer. There are many other banking options that will treat you more like family. Once again, use another bank if you can, UCCU should be the last option.
