I have had two checks that I wrote back on 1/7/17 to a UCCU account cleared. Today I check my online account and those same exact checks were cleared again on 2/9/17. I looked at the checks, same exact checks, check numbers. The back of the check was scanned in on 1/17/17 on the first and then on 2/9/17 for the second time it cleared. Somehow on UCCU end they scanned in their system the same two checks twice on different days. How does that even happen?
Not a big fan of the automated system not very reliable
Three times we have requested a payment book for our loan. We have been making payments over the phone with our checking account number but we continue to get late-payment notices saying they are going to turn us over to a collection agency. We have excellent credit.... They are not organized. Try another company.
They caught my fraud as it was happening and then when I filed my papers I was paid back that same day!!! Love them. We get all our loans from them. From auto to home. We go through the Heber branch and couldn't be happier!
DO NOT apply for a loan through UCCU. They're rude, dishonest, incompetent and slow. They are the absolute worst!
My husband and I trust UCCU with all of our banking needs. From checking accounts to auto loans. They have taken great care us regardless of what branch we attend!
The credit union wasted three weeks of our time before rejecting our loan application. After they have informed us of their crtieria which we failed to meet, it was clear that our application should have been rejected on day one. I am not disappointed with the decision, but I am shocked with how the application was handled, how much time was wasted, and the lack of communication even after multiple attempts on our part to reach out.
