My name is Carlito Ordonez I will tell you that this bank is not your bank if you are receiving and transmitting international fund they don't have a swift code they use Bank of America and Cambridge Mercantile Corp. What that means is that your fund will be rerouting all over the place and will take few week to be remitted. So don't go to this bank if you want your money remitted ASAP go to a big well known bank.
I have (soon to be had) a joint account with my husband and a personal account I haven't used since getting married. I have had issues since before the update and now with the update I can almost never access my account. I have to go in regularly to get my pin for my debit card to work and they charged me a two dollar fee to test it on the atm outside the branch. I went to our local branch last week to pick up a voucher for ice cream from the Creamery and was told the vouchers were all taken at all locations. I sent an email to UCCU to express my disappointment and one of their employees, Daniel, responded right back to say they wanted to send the voucher to me. :) I was elated! My name is Angel Sanchez, today I went to the utah community credit union that is located on 800 north of orem, to test and potentially buy a Ford f 150 2015, the repossession officer john davies asked for my license to be able to test drive it. After testing the truck for about an hour or so i returned to the bank decided to go ahead and buy it. This is now getting ridiculous the hold times are crazy (20 min +) and they keep putting deposits for my rental property income in the wrong account!! I don't know what else to do but to leave the bank that i have banked with for almost a decade.
I would NEVER recommend UCCU. ...I am beyond livid to have lost $300 after depositing cash into an ATM, having it reflected into my account then erroneously withdrawn with no explanation. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get some answers and my money returned with absolutely no support. As someone who works in customer service this is unacceptable.
The new online baking is absolute garbage. I've missed payments because it won't tell you when the due date is on some accounts. There is no way to pay my overdraft off and when my wife was in talking to them about it the damn loan officer did t even know how to pay it off and asked her if she could just do it when she got home. If this doesn't get fixed soon I will be taking my banking elsewhere.
