I would imagine that, no matter how much preparation is put into it, implementing a system upgrade of this nature for an institution the size of UCCU is going to have its share of implementation issues. Just goes with the territory. I experienced some initial issues, but they were corrected right away, and since then it's been smooth sailing. I LOVE this new system. It's infinitely better than the last one, and a really impressive step forward.
The new website is so bad. Terrible user interface. It's so difficult to make what should be a simple transfer. Go back to the old system.
I feel like UCCU is treating me like a second class citizen with this system upgrade. APPARENTLY Wives aren't allowed to pay the bills!#! My husband wasn't required to change anything, but after being an account holder for over 20 years I was forced to log in as a new user and to add insult to injury I have been bumped off my bill pay system. Apparently only my husband is allowed to pay bills from our joint account. 11/2 hours with customer service and no one was willing to help resolve this problem. Seriously!!???
Used to like UCCU, but their new online "upgrade" is garbage. They spent weeks telling us the upgrade was coming -- too bad they didn't spend that time actually debugging it.
My experience with UCCU has been great. I highly recommend it to everyone that I know. And I absolutely love the new online banking system!
I'm trying to log in to my online account since Friday, today is Tuesday. I have called your customer service phone line several times and waited for over 30 minutes but no one answered. What's going on? Can someone answer me? I'm very concern about this update.
I cannot believe what an absolute mess this upgrade has been! Now I'm locked out of my account and can only sort it out in the morning when your call center is open!
They have been so kind to me and just a really great credit union
