that don't know haw to savice at all I know
USAA Roadside Assist just left my husband stranded for 3 hours in the 100+ heat. They quoted 1 hour and then had the nerve to call after three hours to confirm that no roadside assistance was needed??!? We called to arrange our own tow. I'm speechless at this epic fail. #USAAFail
Guy cuts through parking spaces at Walmart and hits my son on his motorcycle totaling his bike. Luckily neither his girlfriend or him were seriously injured. Police report shows the guy was completely at fault. USAA tells my son if he doesn’t admit 50% at fault he wouldn’t see a penny. He ships out to Guam next month so he has no time to fight it so he gets $1500 instead of $3000 to replace his bike. USAA says they do not record calls so the policy owner is changing his story from 2 days earlier when both parties spoke with USAA. They say they didn't record that call. USuckAA.
Please explain why your claims adjuster David Hernadez from your Arizona claims office does not return phone call regarding a claim. My 87 year old mother is trying to send in the title from a totaled vehicle. The appropriate form was not enclosed in the form letter Mr. Hernandez forwarded to her. She has called 7 times, yet he will not explain to her how to send in the title and how yo identify the title with her claim.
