Watch PAY BILLS carefully NOT always correct. Two calls more than 1 hour, they had me change the record myself.....I'm moving my money as we speak!
Be careful doing any business with USAA. They will leave you high and dry when you need them most. We were customers with them for over 25 years, and they supposedly sent us a cancellation notice that we never received. Not only did they cancel our services (which is fine by me) they would not amend our lapse in service. We lost our grandfather in WWII, and he qualified us first, and then my father-in-law in the Air Force. USAA is nothing but a corporation hiding behind veterans and using them to make money. No soul.
