This is the worst agency for claims. The horrible civilians that issued you your CIF TA 50 issue now work for USAA and are screwing you over again. I am going to have to go to my state insurance commission and file a formal complaint against USAA.
No form of owning their mistake as far as responsibility on their neglect.
Becoming more worthless by the day. Insurance rates have more than doubled in the last three years. You have to have an 800 to get a loan. They did their best to keep me in a secure credit card where my $1000 made $10 in two years. It was a major pain to get the money out to put it somewhere better. Then had to wait several days to see the money. Every thing you try to add make everything else worse. Excellent job on going from the best bank to Wells Fargo status.
Worst bank ever. Every time I dispute a charge they rule against their own customers.
I have a 2014 car got the lowest rate they could for my age and record I will use them from now on
Never do home loan! They are not timely and do not keep you informed! They do NOT return calls and blame others for their poor work ethic. Also waiting for them to contact me about my car accident. I'm sick of contacting them and getting voicemail every time and no returns. It's their job NOT MINE!!
One of their members hit me and these shit heads won't cover the medical expenses they are liable for :) great job! Bunch of buffoons. Noone gives a shit about your "mechanism of injury". My shoulder didn't hurt before I got hit, and after I got hit, it hurt! The end. I'm not a fucking doctor, don't ask me dumb shit like "what is wrong with your shoulder." ....IT HURTS! COVER THE BILL SO WE CAN FIND OUT WHATS WRONG...
