I joined USAA to save money, visit looks like I made a mistake
I absolutely love USAA! Every time we need to call in and post pone a payment there's never an issue. They are always helpful and friendly. I've never spoken with someone who's had a bad attitude! If our VA system worked for VETS like USAA did we'd be in a better place. � thank you USAA!
USAA allows non US citizens to join without any affiliation to US Government. What gives USAA? I thought memberships were exclusive to the hard working US Military and their families???
I went today to report an accident and you cannot speak to a person. I'm changing insurances
I am stuck out of town and have found out my home and auto policies have been cancelled because they don't have prof of my service. resent /my e-mail containing my DD-214 that was sent 6/17/16 and was told they would call me back in two hours. three hours later I called back and could not reach the guy I spoke with and told my story several more times until the last person that told me nothing was going to happen for at least 24 to 48 hours and said I was lying about being promised a call back in two hours. Kicking myself for not canceling USAA, last time I had to deal with them. They are GREAT until you have an a claim...God forbid they make repairs as promised, instead of totaling your car and giving offering a fraction of what's it's worth.
USAA claims to CARE about military members past and present. This is the BIGGEST lie! I spent 3 years paying premiums with no tickets and no accidents. I was an insurance carrier's dream. When South Carolina law said if you sell insurance in the state you couldn't turn anyone away; USAA dropped ALL military members in SC and pulled out of the state. So USAA you can bite me. I know the truth.
I love USAA - not only did they save me a ton of money on my auto/motorcycle and home owners insurance, I am currently working through a claim in which my motorcycle has been totaled. They have, at every turn, been available, proactive and empathetic. I have never had to wait on hold long enough to realize I've been on hold; even if my adjuster isn't available, there is someone else who I can talk too who actually has answers. I'm staying.
