I received an email that there was fraudulent activity on my debit card. I have been calling for TWO DAYS and I'm placed on endless hold. No one has assisted me. For all I know the folks in South Africa continue to use my debit card, because I can't reach anyone at this terrible bank.
I have had USAA auto insurance for 11/2 years and they have raised my rates every six months.I started at $373.00 every six month and now I am up to $493.00 every six months.They tell me every one got a increase because gas is cheap and more people on the road.That's two hundred dollars a year and I have not cost them a dime.God forbid I get in a fender bender,it would go through the roof.Not happy and I am looking for new insurance.
They sure don't make it easy to file a complaint. Nothing on their web page under the contact information unless you have a complaint that fits one of a limited number of topics. I am concerned about their wasting money on automotive glass replacement. They insisted that I use a specific company, Safelite, that wanted to charge me $700 for the windshield. The worst and most misleading people to deal with.
being trying to resolve a claim issue with them w/o any results that involved with a client of theirs. was told that an adjuster would call me and that they may need photos but haven't received any calls as of yet. sent photos via email but receive a reply that i need to send it to some other department. not very happy with their services so far.
I got rear ended last weekend while pulling an RV trailer with my pickup. The pickup is insured by USAA and the RV is insured by Progressive. Based on the sterling reputation of USAA, I expected they would run circles around Progressive on customer service, however it's been the complete opposite. Progressive has already hand-delivered a check to my RV-repair shop, while USAA hasn't even managed to recommend a place that's qualified to inspect my truck for frame damage.
