I have been a USAA member for 26 years and up until last month was happy with USAA as my Automobile and Homeowner insurer. I have just had the most horrific experience(still ongoing) with USAA and the handling of my auto claim. I have spent more time on the phone trying to resolve this claim than the adjuster who was assigned to handled it. I have been told one lie after another. Guess I should start shopping for new policies elsewhere...
No way to call this company because I have no phone where I'm at, get a letter from my mom stating my insurance while be cancelled even though I opted to have the payment taken directly from my account, now usaa is saying I'm gonna owe them money to stop cancellation and I want to know why this problem even came to be in the first place.
My car was totaled by a USAA customer. I can't get my money even after I sent my title to them. They needed a lien release but nobody contacted me to get it for them. Mia in Texas will not return any of my calls. I had to turn in the rental car a week ago but will not send my money to buy a different car. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!
I was hit by one of your insured folks you are just running me around! If there was a option for negative stars my opinion would reflect -10.
You people lack integrity. I find it hard to believe that having who you have on your board of directors that you can treat veterans and soldiers the way you do
Customer service has gone down hill in the last 5 years. Always told everyone how happy I was to bank with USAA but that all changed last couple of months.
USAA ROCKS!!!! They have helped with every aspect of my finances and insurance with GREAT service and care.
...as for a recent auto claim, I appreciated the immediate service...and I can also appreciate the efficiency of electronic communications...although having made 4 calls, without a return call raises concerns...I have always been able to get some human "touch" in the past, and am hopeful this is not standard sop... Thank you, Bobbi Winterroth and Desiree Danielle Jackson for your prompt attention to my auto claim...
What a horror show!! Customer service is awful! I am posted overseas and got locked out of my account and can't get through to any PERSON! USAA didn't bother to update my info and now I can't get through to anyone. There isn't even a place to email someone.
