Long queues. Four transfers. Web site not available. Pathetic.
Homeowners insurance through USAA has become a joke. Our home damaged in July 2015. It is now October and we still have no repairs begun because of the unacceptable delay in appropriating funds. It's a shame that our main bathroom is still torn up with no ETA on even the start of repair. Cardboard covers our hallway. No insulation let alone a wall that faces the outside. Will you be reimbursing us for the increase in our heating and electricity this winter? Feels like we will forever be living in a home that looks like crap.
This is a horrible place all they care bout is good credit amd if u have alot of money they spit on the lower class the ones who are trying they're best and nvr had credit before they r supposed to be for us and to help us they was my last hope and they shattered that within a freaking minute love how this country takes care of its soldiers n vets
USAA is the best!!! I have been a member since 1984 and they have always taken care of me and my family!!!
I have been with USAA for over 20 yrs, I was hacked. Now I can't access my accounts without congressional approval. All you guys say is too bad. I'm driving to Colorado Springs and closing my banking accounts. You won't even tell me what information was hacked so I can proceed forward. Piss off!
As a Realtor in Washington State I am currently experiencing the worst service that I have ever come across in the home loan industry. It shocks me that USAA ' S customer service is so bad when it comes to processing home loans versus it's other banking products. I have a client using their services right now that is going to lose their home because USAA is failing to close a basic purchase loan. Its sad when they refuse to place the appropriate names for vehicles on the insurance card, then tell you your not good enough to do business with out your spouse! Looking at changing ALL our services with the...over $10,000.00 in business...hope they are HAPPY!!!
