Terrible company. When calling emergency roadside assistance you get a lousy company called Agero who subcontracts for USAA. Instead of calling a local contracted tow company, Agero calls the cheapest bidder 35-50 miles away while YOU sit and wait for the service YOU pay for. Agero rakes in the bucks from USAA while providing crappy "service" and USAA does nothing about it!
Best place to work! They respect their members!
I have been a member for over 9 years and as of January I have become employed with USAA. I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! Never had anything but the best customer service!!! And now I can offer the same to our members! I love working here!!!
Get rid of your mine was earned commercials. They are the same ad over and over and over again, just with different people.
I love USAA! Even though I pay slightly more for insurance I do receive higher coverage and the 2 times I have had claims they were handled very well and I was extremely satisfied. They really care about the members. They don't claim to be cheaper. The banking part of USAA is awesome. Never had an issue, in fact they saved me from fraud!
