Broke down in a 13 wrx called roadside assistance through usaa they said an hour the flatbed would be there... 3 hours later a 99 f150 and a trailer pulled up the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen and they wanted to know nothing about it
Awesome service on Christmas Eve. From the moment I called they were friendly, helpful and efficient. The guy who towed the car was wonderful too
We've had usaa forever and are always impressed. They're currently handling our claim for a car flood. Fast, friendly and on top of things. Love that you can always reach a person directly. We've had credit card fraud as well and that was taken care of in a fast and efficient manor.
HORRIBLE CLAIMS SERVICE!!! We were in an accident and the at fault driver has USAA. It's been 3 weeks and numerous phone calls and emails with estimates for repairs to our vehicle. Every time we call, we are told there is no such record of any estimate report. We have proof from the repair shop as well as our own records, but the claims dept still drags their feet. Today, we were told that they finally have the estimate, but now we have to go to one of USAA's approved shops for another estimate before they will approve work ... read more
Horrible customer service. Horrible experience with their auto claims department. Avoid at all costs. Their "comprehensive" auto coverage is nothing close to that, it is merely False Advertising. Member for 15 years: treated like complete dirt when I actually had a claim. AVOID!
Used to think USAA was more credible than some predatory banks, however the sad truth is that USAA is just as bad. They will screw you and then hid behind the fine print in their disclosures. Just because you the majority of their clients are service members won't stop them from taking advantage of them as well. It's a shame...
