I'm so glad my auto loan is paid off and will never have to deal with them again. Every time I called about something, completely different rep, bounced from department to department, and they never changed the information I needed them to change and sent my release of lien to incorrect address.
I love USAA I've been an employee for 3 years now, what an great bank!
The service is okay the only issue I have is that when you call they go off of you current phones area code. For example I have a California area code but stationed in Texas, the customer service opens at 0730 but because it recognizes my California number I can't talk to anyone until 10am Texas time, but my friend has a Texas area code they pick up immediately for him. So what gives, this needs to be fixed like years ago. I'm tired of waiting a few extra hours because of my phone number
