USAA STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. usaa is the absolute worst Insurance ever!!!!!!!!. We were hit and put out of business for 4 months due to one of their insured running into our business. WE WERE PASSED AROUND LIKE A HOT POTATOES. WITH EACH DEPT. HOLDING OUR CLAIM AND NOT RETURNING OUR CALL. EVERY PERSON I HAVE DEALT WITH IS AS STUPID AS THE NEXT JUST DELAY AND RUN AROUND. I WILL FOLLOW EVERY AVENUE OF SOCIAL MEDIA TO LET EVERYONE KNOW STEER CLEAR OF USAA WE SHOULD BAN TOGETHER AND HAVE THEM SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY.... read more
I plan on dropping this company as my provider not only was I tboned today and I clearly was not at fault and the other drive admitted to not looking both ways before she pulled out and hit me now I have no car to get back and forth to work. I agree 100% with one of the other reviewers. They are a HORRIBLE company that does nothing to help military members and their families. Most of my experience with them regards their credit card products. Awful customer service both on the phone, online, and by mail. Most any other credit card company is vastly better on all levels. As for their insurance products, they do not have competitive rates at all. This company serves no one but itself!

I had a truly horrible experience tried six times to call and get a quote for my father even getting him on the phone to verify I was his daughter to authorize speaking with me and they would not give me a quote couldn't find his service documents I emailed them It was very upsetting and wasted time They were very unorganized I would never deal with them
