Very hard time fixing an issue on there mistake. Get the run around. Nobody knows what they are doing. I was transfered 7 times an still haven't gotten my issues resolved. Use to love usaa now hate it.
This is the worst Ian u can have for auto claims! No one communicates with each other no adjustor ever calls u. You have to call cust abs to find anything out and it has been a month car still it repaired and body shop still not received check!!!!!!! Now they want to tell me rent a car expires tomorrow. Horrible horrible service totally messed up my insurance. Cancelled it by mistake because they are clueless. Ongoing for a month to fix it. Too bad 26 years of being a customer down the drain. More concerned with commercials during football than customers.

As a family of a US military airman, I was sucked into the exclusivity idea that USAA promotes. USAA toutes its commitment to servicing military families and advertised the 'exclusive privileges of its auto insurance,' noting that, 'For those who stood tall for this country and for their families, we stand ready to return the favor. worst bank ever! they constantly changing cards and automatically turn off you current ones with out proper notification. they have no physical locations, so you would assume their calling center it's on point, well is not it took me 8 minutes before i got a hold of a human, and i am still waiting for a call back �
I have been paying on a car that was totaled when someone ran into me for 6 months after the accident because USAA never found the title and I had to chase it down myself between multiple states and state divisions. Even though I paid extra for the gap insurance, I still have to pay the monthly payment after the insurance company paid the settlement amount, for another month, but that will pay the loan off, so the Gap was a waste of money.
