As a family of a US military airman, I was sucked into the exclusivity idea that USAA promotes. USAA toutes its commitment to servicing military families and advertised the 'exclusive privileges of its auto insurance,' noting that, 'For those who stood tall for this country and for their families, we stand ready to return the favor. USAA will drag out your claim indefinitely and try to wear you down so they can enjoy the benefit of your unpaid claim. They think that you will settle for less if you have to wait. worst bank ever! they constantly changing cards and automatically turn off you current ones with out proper notification. they have no physical locations, so you would assume their calling center it's on point, well is not it took me 8 minutes before i got a hold of a human, and i am still waiting for a call back �

I have been paying on a car that was totaled when someone ran into me for 6 months after the accident because USAA never found the title and I had to chase it down myself between multiple states and state divisions. Even though I paid extra for the gap insurance, I still have to pay the monthly payment after the insurance company paid the settlement amount, for another month, but that will pay the loan off, so the Gap was a waste of money. Support inviting Gary Johnson to participate in the IAVA/CiC forum on Sept. 7 !!!! At least he talks about the issues instead of bashing the other candidates. Would not use the mortgage product since sold to nationstar. Cannot get answers from phone or messaging, reps do not know answers. Probably will lose a loan to good customers with perfect repayment history.

we have had nothing but misery dealing with this company. Asking for a paper bill because I don't know my due date nor the payment amount . They call and tell me one thing and either don't do it or just do what ever they want. I needed to change insurance companies and said no way will I get more involved than I am. Worst customer company by far. Stay away from these people!!!!
