I have been doing business with USAA for 24 years and generally they have been fairly good. Then my credit card got hit with fraudulent activity in February. Somebody bought a bunch of Disneyland tickets from an internet site. USAA replaced my card, but it is mid-June and I am still dealing with this one simple fraudulent transaction. I had USAA auto insurance and they wouldn't tailor my insurance policy to reflect that teenagers were driving separate cars. Basically I had to have all drivers on every car. I switched auto insurance to another company. In addition I had an adjuster come inspect my garage foundation for earthquake damage. Naturally it wasn't covered. Love this company!! Have been a member almost 20 yrs and today reminds me why. I received an alert and 2 phone calls because of questionable activity. I wish people would find other ways to occupy their time than try and take money that's not theirs. To the people who steal others possessions may Karma give you what you deserve.
I put a claim in because someone hit Me. Usaa talking about I got a 20 percent chance and she got 100 percent. The lady got her car fixed and I didn't. And she caused the accident. I'm switching my insurance company.
We have had USAA since 1996 and In the past year we have had two really bad experiences with the car insurance customer service and enterprise car rental I sent an email today and I am hoping to hear back from Stuart Parker soon. I will keep our members informed about how this experience turns out.
Try to get a quote for insurance. And they tell me that I am not eligible due to my DD214 says general under honorable conditions. Hell I have a VA home loan and medical. WTF?
