Would not use the mortgage product since sold to nationstar. Cannot get answers from phone or messaging, reps do not know answers. Probably will lose a loan to good customers with perfect repayment history.

we have had nothing but misery dealing with this company. Asking for a paper bill because I don't know my due date nor the payment amount . They call and tell me one thing and either don't do it or just do what ever they want. I needed to change insurance companies and said no way will I get more involved than I am. Worst customer company by far. Stay away from these people!!!!

Over a month or so now these people are impossible to communicate with. I need to get into my 'account' , added my cell phone and because it was a new addition it won't let me access the account to get a new password. Which I may say is suppose to be a 'non-word' otherwise, not in the dictionary. "something I will remember" the clerk says...yeah right! Who remembers a non word? This is day two and I am still blocked out of assistance on this. Hopefully I will be able to find a real insurance company that I can sit across the... read more

My son who is the Army gets his insurance policy one day for one amount.Then they send another Policy the next day charging more. Had enough. Will be looking for new car insurance for him. Also there home Owners insurance they do the same thing. What BS on TV....

My Brothers and Sisters are sons and daughter of a US Marine in the Korea War Everytime we check on this we got wrote off this group tell people they are for Vets family but I guess we do not count !

Had my money stolen, took 2 or 3 days before they did anything about it. Got my new card and still can't access my account. I will be closing EVERYTHING I have with usaa

They dropped the ball twice in one week! I have used it twice in 10 years. This may not be worth the saving for this headache. The have lost my claims twice on two claims! Not happy. I just called to let a manager know. The customer service rep said there is no manager on duty. Lol!!!!! Ridiculous!!!! Then find the president, I don't care.
