Over a month or so now these people are impossible to communicate with. I need to get into my 'account' , added my cell phone and because it was a new addition it won't let me access the account to get a new password. Which I may say is suppose to be a 'non-word' otherwise, not in the dictionary. "something I will remember" the clerk says...yeah right! Who remembers a non word? My son who is the Army gets his insurance policy one day for one amount.Then they send another Policy the next day charging more. Had enough. Will be looking for new car insurance for him. Also there home Owners insurance they do the same thing. What BS on TV....

My Brothers and Sisters are sons and daughter of a US Marine in the Korea War Everytime we check on this we got wrote off this group tell people they are for Vets family but I guess we do not count !
Had my money stolen, took 2 or 3 days before they did anything about it. Got my new card and still can't access my account. I will be closing EVERYTHING I have with usaa
They dropped the ball twice in one week! I have used it twice in 10 years. This may not be worth the saving for this headache. The have lost my claims twice on two claims! Not happy. I just called to let a manager know. The customer service rep said there is no manager on duty. Lol!!!!! Ridiculous!!!! Then find the president, I don't care.
USAA STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. usaa is the absolute worst Insurance ever!!!!!!!!. We were hit and put out of business for 4 months due to one of their insured running into our business. WE WERE PASSED AROUND LIKE A HOT POTATOES. WITH EACH DEPT. HOLDING OUR CLAIM AND NOT RETURNING OUR CALL. EVERY PERSON I HAVE DEALT WITH IS AS STUPID AS THE NEXT JUST DELAY AND RUN AROUND. I WILL FOLLOW EVERY AVENUE OF SOCIAL MEDIA TO LET EVERYONE KNOW STEER CLEAR OF USAA WE SHOULD BAN TOGETHER AND HAVE THEM SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY.... read more
