Be careful doing any business with USAA. They will leave you high and dry when you need them most. We were customers with them for over 25 years, and they supposedly sent us a cancellation notice that we never received. Not only did they cancel our services (which is fine by me) they would not amend our lapse in service. We lost our grandfather in WWII, and he qualified us first, and then my father-in-law in the Air Force. USAA is nothing but a corporation hiding behind veterans and using them to make money. No soul. Just got off the phone with USAA about my auto insurance policy, Ref: price increase and a charge of 32.35 for a speeding ticket i got LAST YEAR, and the only one in the last 15 years...and a charge for ACCIDENT FORGIVENESS...I HAVE NEVER HAD A ACCIDENT....This company has gone to shit just like the rest and what to play on military service like they are here to help veterans....NEW'S FLASH USAA...411.78 will buy me a six month policy anywhere...You can go to hell you seen the last nickel from me EVER..Take your money and LE... read more
Beware if you are the victim in an accident with a USAA driver. Incompetent is the nicest thing I can say! Everyone gives a different answer and you get screwed. I shouldn't have to drain my bank account because I was hit while sitting at a red light. Don't count on any help from this company!

Horrible bank they focus now on quantity rather than quality. Customer Service sucks and they will disrespect the client and don't care!!!!!
Terrible from beginning to end. You should pay me because I had to do all the work. My wife has been a life long member and we are switching companies. I finally got paid after too much aggravation and complaining. Complete incompetence!
