I am very disappointed in how USAA has handled my claim. I was the victim but I feel like the one having done the wrong. Lots of misinformation and I dare say lies. I wish I could go back to the moment that of the auto crash in which someone rear ended me. There were some issues with coordination of benefits so make sure you know who is primary when checking that box. After 14 months USAA has now admitted they are primary. Bad customer service. Been a member for years but closing accounts with them.
Worst customer services. Well never do business with them again
Would definitely not recommend Usaa for auto insurance! Our car was stolen almost 2 months ago and the is still open it took over 2 weeks to us a rental the amount of stress is unbelievable and customer service sucks our insurnace investigator is rude and disrespectful can't wait for this to be over so we can drop usaa!
