RecommendedThey have always been prompt with handling any claim. And also handled another driver’s insurance when they were trying not to fix the damages caused by their driver.
I have been going through getting my car repaired since July 7 every time I call its a different person. Always getting disconnected and nobody calls me back!! The 1st 3 weeks you had to investigate with your client who hit me and got a careless driving ticket! Your client never called to do a phone recording! Incompetent workers who get paid and don't do their job!! I'm fed up and furious!! USAA is the worst insurance co I ever dealt with! I should've been like everyone else and sued!!
Claim has been going on now for 4 months,they never call back, talk to different person everytime. Did not allow me more time on rental because it went over 30 days and that their fault. What a joke. They talk a big game for the veterans but they don't give a shit about any of us.
I had to get a POA notarized and spent $20. Now since I didn’t print my middle name they want get another one. USAA I will be canceling my banking and insurance if someone does not call me with a $40 refund.

I really love USAA. I really do. But using Safelite as your auto glass repair service is ridiculous. First of all, congrats on using a company that is owned by D'leteren, who is very much not an American company (for a company that is all about the good ol' USA and the troops, this immediately annoyed me).
