USAA what has happened to you?! I've had you for about 20 years, maybe more, and never had a complaint. Now even though I have zero claims you continually increase my rates... $630.65 this time!! The online chat isn't working, the send a message isn't working, and my premium increases are NOT WORKING! No wonder your ratings are at an all time low!
service sucks .cancelled 2 months ago due to cheaper insurance from another company. got call today says I'm overdue, told them to canx account. hung up on at this point 3 times hold for 1 hour now.
So far not good. We were rear ended and they aren’t handling things. It’s been a week for this. When my boyfriend hit a deer Geico had it handled in 24 hours. Not impressed!
My accident happened on Jan 23 , 2018 and still no resolution just them and I going back and forth through email. Not impressed been last week since last email
Wow....I have been USAA since I left my parents' home. I always bragged about how awesome they were. NO MORE! I have gotten nothing but the run around from them after I talked to a very kind assessor. I have spent over AN HOUR ON HOLD in my three horrible conversations with them. My son was going to get insurance with them and now he is so angry, he will probably find another insurance company. Way to go USAA! Lousy customer service.
