USAA, Your driver hit me in the rear&did 4500+ in damages to my 7 passenger Traverse. Ur adj tells met that a Jeep Renegade is comparable to my Traverse for a rental which it is not. This was a hard hit and you want to give 1,125 in settlement for my shoulder injury which 580 of it goes to my health carrier????? I dont think so. Very rude reps, adjuster and claim processor, who tries to escape their responsibility by hiding the truth. They ignored proper and timely follow-up on "hit and run", and did not report it to CA DMV. Claims processor did not reply on police report questions in order to escape their responsibility.

I love how you cannot be transferred to a supervisor, and you are promised a supervisor will call you back, but they NEVER will and when you call back to ask again, a rude employee named ROBERT who refused to give me his employee will hang up on you. Shame on you USAA, supposed to serving those who served.

Help me to understand WHY USAA is charging me over $100 a month for liability only on a 99 Ford Taurus! I called questioning my insurance bill because of this. My full coverages Honda is way less each month and couldn’t get an answer unless I wanted to go over each individual vehicle(I have 4) on the policy. After 40 years, I’m seriously going car insurance shopping.
