Very rude reps, adjuster and claim processor, who tries to escape their responsibility by hiding the truth. They ignored proper and timely follow-up on "hit and run", and did not report it to CA DMV. Claims processor did not reply on police report questions in order to escape their responsibility.

I love how you cannot be transferred to a supervisor, and you are promised a supervisor will call you back, but they NEVER will and when you call back to ask again, a rude employee named ROBERT who refused to give me his employee will hang up on you. Shame on you USAA, supposed to serving those who served.

Help me to understand WHY USAA is charging me over $100 a month for liability only on a 99 Ford Taurus! I called questioning my insurance bill because of this. My full coverages Honda is way less each month and couldn’t get an answer unless I wanted to go over each individual vehicle(I have 4) on the policy. After 40 years, I’m seriously going car insurance shopping.

I am very disappointed in how USAA has handled my claim. I was the victim but I feel like the one having done the wrong. Lots of misinformation and I dare say lies. I wish I could go back to the moment that of the auto crash in which someone rear ended me. There were some issues with coordination of benefits so make sure you know who is primary when checking that box. After 14 months USAA has now admitted they are primary.
