Liars, thieves and morons.
One of my loved ones has USAA and her family has been out of their home for over 1 month and USAA still has not done their due diligence. Granted it is only 1 month ~ how would you like it, how would you feel if a flood caused you and your family to leave their home and instead of getting what you paid for for insurance, you get USAA not doing their job and what they were paid to do.
Garbage customer service. Customers do not come first with this company.
Reevaluate all of their services against others in the industry and truly go back to being the best in the industry. I was with USAA for 21 years but I'm divorcing them this month!
