I was a member for 20 years. Had a credit card with them, but used it only in an emergency. I went for 13 years with no balance, but because of emergency medical bills I maxed this card out. I paid the balance off, $26,000 worth, and now they have lowered my limit to five hundred dollars they said it was because for my own safety and their security. What idiots!
