Wow USAA! I have been with you for 19 years and we had a lapse in coverage and you raise rates by $100 a month!!!
I have only had this car insurance for 1 1/2 months and have had nothing but issues with each and every person I speak with at the auto insurance end of the phone no one gives me the right answers and when I yell they finally find what I need but not until I yell, then I was given the suggestion to open a USAA credit card for my payments to make it easier ok I do that and now after my first payment was paid and all I find out that they now want me to make a payment over the phone with my personal account all of a sudden my U... read more
My house burnt. I was burnt up in it and nearly died. They paid off the mortgage to the bank. Now they are accusing me off setting the fire and suing me for nearly 200k!! I was never a suspect. They will do anything to get out of paying claims. Do not trust them! Beware!!
You people don't do crap for us, You should actually be ashamed to pretend that you are flying the American flag for us Veterans.I am going to cancel my auto insurance with you and this Vietnam Vet will also cancel my Bank Acct with you.You USAA are a disgrace to us Veterans.
Be late on one payment and they call you 10 times a day, at 7 am on sunday at 10 pm at night. Freaking bullies.
