Horrible, lost a member for life and I'm canceling my auto policy. nickel and dime your members over a "fee" that was never disclosed and if it was then why was it waved the first time you pulled this stunt.

My house burnt. I was burnt up in it and nearly died. They paid off the mortgage to the bank. Now they are accusing me off setting the fire and suing me for nearly 200k!! I was never a suspect. They will do anything to get out of paying claims. Do not trust them! Beware!!
