Our whole family has USAA and recently took on some flood damage. USAA sent out an adjuster 3 weeks after the car was in the shop. Since the dealership was already diagnosing the problem, it was opened up and drained out. Combined with the desert heat, the car at that point was dry so they denied the claim. Also they cancelled our car rental without telling us for 2 days. We tried contacting management and were met by a very curt and defensive man named shannon. We will all be taking our business somewhere else.

Frustrated with USAA and Ally. Your customer totalled my new car and 1 month and 6 days since the settlement letter and you have failed to pay Ally. Your reps, Jennifer Alston, and then folks in the total loss department claim you've contacted Ally for a letter of guarantee for the title before you'll pay. Ally financial claims No One from your company OR your title company has EVER contacted them!! My insurance had even contacted you multiple times. I am a single mother and a teacher. I can't afford 2 car payments or to con... read more

USAA refuses to send annuity payments to a foreign bank, even if the government will, along with many other banks. So much for the several MILLION US citizens who live abroad for the more affordable lifestyle. Of course they don't tell you this when you sign up, I recommend you look elsewhere for a back that is more veteran friendly

Sending DD214,drivers license, military ID,and physical address.Today I call for a quote for car insurance and get transfered four times and having securty e-mails sent three times, I was told to call tomorrow to get a quote because a red flag was put on our account because he didn't send a pic of his SSI card, which he n... read more

Far more expensive then competition for same or less coverage. Not veteran friendly as claimed.

They say they are about veterans & family. That’s a bunch of BS.
