USAA ROCKS!!!! They have helped with every aspect of my finances and insurance with GREAT service and care.
...as for a recent auto claim, I appreciated the immediate service...and I can also appreciate the efficiency of electronic communications...although having made 4 calls, without a return call raises concerns...I have always been able to get some human "touch" in the past, and am hopeful this is not standard sop... What a horror show!! Customer service is awful! I am posted overseas and got locked out of my account and can't get through to any PERSON! USAA didn't bother to update my info and now I can't get through to anyone. There isn't even a place to email someone.
I couldn't even begin to describe how disappointed I am in the treatment I am receiving on my current auto claim. Shameful. And if you make a stink about it they hit you with the off switch. They just go silent. The more you try to obtain answers the less information you receive. I am 60 years old. This has to be the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with thank God I don't have this insurance company.. I would never recommend you to anybody Took over a month to get my claim after I had to keep calling them... Worst company ever
I am extremely disappointed in how me and my family have been treated by USAA. The level of customer service is horrible. My son tried to open an account because he is delayed entry at the end of month, and USAA did everything but open his account. Was more important for them to try to sell him renters insurance that he doesn't need and add him to our insurance policy and he doesn't have a car or drive. The customer service rep was rude and I was placed on hold for 40 min. I'm sure that it was a delay tactic to get rid of me... read more
Home damaged due to electrical surge, filed claim 12/29, told me they had no people in this area I would have to find my own repair people. I have sent 7 emails and 3 phone calls. It's now the 8th of Jan. No response from them. This company is a joke. I would suggest to any service member to think twice about this insurance.
