This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. We are suppose to get bills never have then we get late notices and charged past due charges when I was paying ever month on time from direct pay of my bank account. So we cancelled and got cancellation notice confirming cancelled. They were to send final bill and never received one. Today I received a bill for $400 for late payments and reinstating the insurance on the same day. My son in law had issues where he cancelled insurance and they sent him refund then tur... read more

I am very disappointed in the insurance for my vehicle through USAA. I have been with these people for over a year thinking it was suppose to help former military. Come to find out they lied to me and in the middle of my payments decided to Charge me 50.00 more than they quoted. This I feel is fraudulent if they quote one then change it to more money. I cant make these types of payments. I thought the government and government sites were here to help but they just lie. Like the political people. This I a shame because I real... read more

Do you still force employees to donate to United Way? You should be ashamed....... **The third worst offender, again for the 7th time, was Brian Gallagher, President of the United Way. He receives a $375,000 base salary (US funds), plus so many expense benefits it’s hard to keep track as to what it is all worth, including a fully paid lifetime membership at 2 golf courses (1 in Canada, 1 in the USA), 2 luxury vehicles, a yacht club membership, 3 major company gold credit cards for his personal expenses… and so on…. This equa... read more
