I was involved in an accident with their insured who was found at fault and cited at the scene of the accident. It has now been 12 days, I am still without a rental car, my car is a total loss, I have left multiple messages daily for the adjuster assigned to the claim and I have yet to speak to her. I have injuries and they are refusing my medical. The adjusters that I can actually speak to are rude and unsympathetic. I loved USAA, until this week. We hit a cow over a week ago. The insurance adjuster still has not been here, and hasn't returned my daughters calls. I called and adjusters don't work weekends, so she is now into week two of no response to her situation. I guess our whole family can pack it in and go back to State Farm. I am calling first thing Monday, and I think it could be ugly

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR INSURANCE IT IS A PISS POOR COMPANY. I am having to deal with them, because one of their clients hit my Truck 1 week ago it was a clear cut case and they are jerking me around and not paying me. I need my truck fix it is my only vehicle and I am also disabled and I have a child that is disabled and they are screwing me around and just pulling me along by not wanting to fix my vehicle. I am a former employee of USAA and I can tell you that you won't find a better group of talented individuals to trust with you banking, investing, and your home, auto and life insurance. They live and breathe the values of the US Military and no one can compare. Trust is the first word the comes to mind with I think of USAA.
They are a great company until you actually file a claim.
