As of now I am very upset and see USA as untrustworthy. After being with the company over 12 years. Recommending them to my Soldiers ans family I am having to rethinking who I in trust with my insurance and banking needs. When you transfer from on state to another and tell the representative on the phone to keep you policy the same and it does not happen. Worst bank ever! Will be closing my account as soon as they unfreeze it. It was frozen for possible fraud on transactions I previously approved over the phone. I told them exactly what I was doing with the funds and they still froze it. Even with notes in the account. I gave details of future transactions to avoid this situation. I was told everything was good to and now my account could be frozen for up to 5 days. I'm so done with usaa.
In general USAA has taken a 100 degree turn for the WORSE. Very unprofessional service representatives, they iek to hang up on you when one is attempting to resolve a issue. Web site is a joke, can't and or change anything. On line bill pay another joke of a service. One very unhappy soon to be ex-member after 20 plus years with them............... I know NO one from CEO relations will followup on this. We are just a number and a dollar to this joke of a "service" member corporation.
I was involved in an accident with their insured who was found at fault and cited at the scene of the accident. It has now been 12 days, I am still without a rental car, my car is a total loss, I have left multiple messages daily for the adjuster assigned to the claim and I have yet to speak to her. I have injuries and they are refusing my medical. The adjusters that I can actually speak to are rude and unsympathetic.
