This company is the worst of the worst and wouldnt recommend anyone to go there. I purchased a 2013 ***** Equinox in June 2022 started having problems August of ******************************************* to take it the nearest repair shop which was pep-boys they had my car for about 3 half weeks went picked it back up on 24th of the month and it was back in the shop on 25th because now its shutting off while in traffic or sitting at a red light. They gave me a car with the motor messed up inside has to wait for my tags the doors didnt lock we got locked out the car the engine light came on two days after having the car I told them I want to trade it in they said they would put me in something else when the next shipment comes in it never happened I put the car in the shop to only find out it needed $3000.00 more work I had already put $2600 in it Im still being told that I will get a new car never happened so as Im repairing the car that I only had 2 months not even... read more

Do not, and I cannot stress enough do not buy a car from this company! it has been a nightmare with having the vehicle. I purchased a 2015 ******* elantra gti july of 2022, and after the first week the check engine came on. Was told outside of warranty by the second week, and told to go to pep boys for a diagnostic machine which they said would take thirty minutes with an appointment, almost five hours later due to a computer system issue took car to ******* dealership where had to pay $200 to get a diagnostic of catalytic c... read more

This business has an A rating. But it is not based on how dirty they are. I purchased a ********* journey on feb 7. On February 8th I had called and reported that the check engine light was on. They didnt suggest I bring it back they told me to call DOWCbut whoever marked the car as passed clearly lied and is working with them to sell damaged vehicles. I have now spent over **** on this car between the Ubers I had to take because the car overheated and had to be towed and repaired, along with the deductible and repair fees. ... read more

Why are they letting this place continue to be in business and get away with taking ones hard earned money only to be sold a lemon ?? they tried to press me to purchase a vehicle I almost did but my gut kept eating at me because if something is to good to be true its usually is. An outside of that I am a always do your research type of person and read reviews on a company something I do faithfully. An just to my suspicion nothing but very bad reviews & the company making excuses as to why they didnt honor any of the repairs.... read more

I have had my car since 2019 and in the beginning it was good.. now that I really need the company to help me they are awful. I was just 4 days past due I came up with $105 in my car note is $191.27 I asked them to see if they could hold off on turning my car off until Monday when I have the rest of the car no payment.They made up how much the wanted me to pay. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrible. When trying to explain anything to the customer service persons they take everything personal as if they are being affected personally. As if they own the business. I think they might be under paid because they always seem irritated as if they dont want to be there.
