I bought a vehicle from US Auto sales in ************ ** on ************* and on top of me making steep payments EVERY time I get paid, the vehicle has a ***** infestation. I was not aware of this issue at the time of purchase and didnt realize how bad it was until a few weeks after. I was driving home from work one night back in March of this year and the brakes locked and engine stalled. I contacted this excuse of a company and they basically said theres nothing they could do. I bought a dodge Avenger in February and hear we are in April and my Transmission went out. I was sold a lemon! I found out today that they went out of business. WOW! Lawsuit time!
My complaint is like many others ughhh 3 engines in 1 yr told I had to wait till July to trade it in. Now they are temporarily closed which means all the way closed I ****** all locations they all say closed, customer service is rude no help but want a payment how are we stuck paying on cars that don't work and you still have a warranty. Is the question I have because I also have had similar things happen to me a week after getting my car from us auto sales it cut off on me in the middle of traffic and I also had a warranty but was given a hard time when it came to paying to fix the issue after just a week of having the car!! I would say this company is negative 1 my car was purchased with an extended warranty and with in a yr I've had 2 transmission put in , **** dollars for rebuilt one and now drive train is gone I bought a lemon from them still owe **** bought 3 yr ago ..we all should *** them
So, I went to purchase a car the end of March and they were running a $200 special to go towards my down payment. I couldnt leave the lot with the car I selected because of insurance I explained that to the sales person and the manager came out to sale me the car and reasons why I would get it after I put a $500 hold on the car. I purchased a suv from this location on March 10,2023. We I start noticing problems I reached out to my sales guy whom was ******. He was no use and barely responded.My car is jumping, jerking and now the check engine light has come on and i was forced to pull over on the interstate.
