If I could I give a negative star I would . Literally the worst business ever. ******************* which is a sales man was more interested with flirting with me then actually doing his job . I bought a dodge Avenger in February and hear we are in April and my Transmission went out. I was sold a lemon! I found out today that they went out of business. WOW! Lawsuit time!
My complaint is like many others ughhh 3 engines in 1 yr told I had to wait till July to trade it in. Now they are temporarily closed which means all the way closed I ****** all locations they all say closed, customer service is rude no help but want a payment how are we stuck paying on cars that don't work and you still have a warranty. Is the question I have because I also have had similar things happen to me a week after getting my car from us auto sales it cut off on me in the middle of traffic and I also had a warranty but was given a hard time when it came to paying to fix the issue after just a week of having the car!! I would say this company is negative 1 my car was purchased with an extended warranty and with in a yr I've had 2 transmission put in , **** dollars for rebuilt one and now drive train is gone I bought a lemon from them still owe **** bought 3 yr ago ..we all should *** them
So, I went to purchase a car the end of March and they were running a $200 special to go towards my down payment. I couldnt leave the lot with the car I selected because of insurance I explained that to the sales person and the manager came out to sale me the car and reasons why I would get it after I put a $500 hold on the car. I purchased a suv from this location on March 10,2023. We I start noticing problems I reached out to my sales guy whom was ******. He was no use and barely responded.My car is jumping, jerking and now the check engine light has come on and i was forced to pull over on the interstate. My car needs repairs done covered by my extended warranty I purchased with US AUTO SALES. I was told my claim will remain in pending status and I will have to pay out of pocket from ****. No one at us auto can help they expect me to pay a car loan thats including the extended warranty monthly payments on a vehicle that is not safe to drive no one seems to have any answers I truly regret getting a car from them
I purchased this suv from US Auto on March 10,2023 I put down $1676. Why am I having issues back to back with this truck and now the truck transmission light has come on know one is answering the phone I have made several attempts to get someone on the phone and everyone is giving me the run around no one wants to do what needs to be done with fixing these cars and I have the extended warranty to cover my suv as well. I need my money back. This unacceptable.
