Colleen = Esthetician Extraordinaire!!!! from the moment i called and made my appt. i knew that i was going to love this salon! the receptionist was very helpful, honest and friendly. My first visit was to have a facial by colleen and it was amazing to say the least...her facial room had a soothing ambiance and the entire treatment was just what i needed. PROS: great service, funky and comfortable atmosphere CONS: sometimes my busy schedule doesnt permit me 2visit as often as id like!:-)

Business Owner Don't waste your time going here! Had an appt with Jerry he never showed up!! Never even bothered to call me!! I waited almost an hour! The people that work there are rude!! Don't waste your time like I did!

Funky salon-friendly service-great hair color!! If you want beautifully done highlights for the summer go see Lisa Rubalcava. She is very knowledgeable and has been doing hair for a long time. Great gal-lots of fun! Oh yeah-most important to me she is quick so you don't waste an entire day at the salon. PROS: friendly, knowledgeable,fun,relaxing "down to earth" atmosphere. CONS: wish I could get pampered more often

Miguel Ramirez-Hair Sylist Miguel has been a great asset to Upstairs Downtowns Salon & Boutique. He always goes the extra mile for his clients. If you need a last minute color touch-up on your hair, hair cut or style at the last minute he is will stop what he is doing and come down to the salon to make you look your best!! Great Experience!!! I had been looking for a while for a new hairstylist. I decided to try Upstairs Downstairs after reading a few reviews from the Insider Pages. It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. Jerry Zepeda did fantastic with my hair and made the experience very enjoyable.I would recommend this salon, and especially Jerry, to anyone looking for a fun time and great look! Finally! A stylist who listens! Holy #^%&! Finally! This is the first time a stylist actually listened to me and gave me EXACTLY what I asked for! Jerry was my stylist and recommended to me by my girlfriend. She was equally impressed and we've found a place we both really like and TRUST! Tammy, the owner was very cool as well. PS: I had to wait a bit for Jerry but I can tell you that good things come to those who wait and it was well worth the wait. Charles and Michelle
