Miguel is awesome I looked up the reviews in the insider pages to find a new hair salon. I was scared to try a new place, but desperately needed to as I was commuting nearly 40 miles to my old hair salon. Miguel was hospitable, creative and gave me the best haircut and color of my life. It is important to note that I have been having my hair professionally colored for 18 years, and he not only took the yellow tones out, but expertly gave it new radiant highlites. I highly recommend him.
Colleen = Esthetician Extraordinaire!!!! from the moment i called and made my appt. i knew that i was going to love this salon! the receptionist was very helpful, honest and friendly. My first visit was to have a facial by colleen and it was amazing to say the least...her facial room had a soothing ambiance and the entire treatment was just what i needed.
Miguel is awesome I had the best experience at Upstairs Downstairs Salon! Ive been getting extensions done for years, but never have i been as pleased with the results. He did an amazing job! i recommend him to anyone who desires great service and exceptional results!
Great Experience!!! I had been looking for a while for a new hairstylist. I decided to try Upstairs Downstairs after reading a few reviews from the Insider Pages. It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. Jerry Zepeda did fantastic with my hair and made the experience very enjoyable.I would recommend this salon, and especially Jerry, to anyone looking for a fun time and great look! Great Experience I went to Upstairs Downstairs out of desperation to find a new salon and based on the reviews I found here. The woman who answered the phone made an appointment for me just two days after my call (not something my last salon would do). I was greeted the very moment I walked in the door and found everyone to be very friendly. My appointment was with Jerry. He was very accommodating and listened to all of my input. Unmatched Experience Being the hair fanatic that i am, i just wanted to rave about my absolutely magnificent experience at Upstairs Downstairs. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was very very helpful . I came in and was immediately made very comfortable. The funky decor and warm atmosphere felt very homy. Great salon! Everyone is very friendly and fun. Talented stylists-I love my hair. Not like typical snotty salon-very down to earth bunch. I got a great color and fresh baked cookies with coffee while I waited. They also have cool gift ideas for the youth, reasonable prices and friendly help. I'm glad I found this place.
