Universal Nissan is a terrible place that lacks professionalism and does not stand by the customer. I urge everyone to go to reed Nissan where your business will be considered as important and you will get results. Saul and his service manager are by far the most unprofessional and treated my fiancé and myself like we were idiots. I was told by service Manager Henry Machin(what automotive school did you go to!) after trying to get our car fixed due to some transmission failure issues. Biggest false advertising scam I have ever seen. Bought 3 cars from this dealer, was about to make it a fourth when their advertisement said $16,999 for a 2015 Rouge, and when I get there they want to charge over 25k. Will never do business here again.

I think all nissan dealerships have the worst us to me service. Never again will I buy a nissan!!! Called nissan a few mins ago and asked for service was put on hold and after 10mins of waiting parts answered they transferred me back to the same lady who answered to begin with. I told her I was tired of waiting and needed someone in service. After all that waiting and asking for parts I demanded to speak to a manager only for her to tell me she was the service secretary but she was limited on knowledge...WOW!!!!!

We purchased a pre-owned certified 2014 Altima here last week...sales rep kept steering us to cars out of our price range and wasting time even though we specifically laid out what we were targeting for from a cost standpoint. Now that we have the car, they are refusing to produce the 116 pt inspection report that they so proudly boast that they do because more likely than not, there are issues that I would chase after with the 30-day dealer guarantee on the car. LIARS THAT'S FOR SURE. They gave me fake carfax on the car. Told me I'm the second owner. In reality I was the fourth.

We have been to 3 dealerships in our search for a new car and Universal Nissan was by far the best. Right from the get-go everyone was friendly and treated us well even though we weren't trying to buy a super expensive car. Our salesperson Frank was awesome and very patient with us, and the finance person Norm was great also. I will be recommending this dealership to everyone! Thank you for a suprisingly enjoyable experience!

How demeaning is it to bring a new customer to your dealership because of the great buying experience I once had to be explicitly told by one of your salesmen "you'll never find the car you want" simply because my friend didn't like the way the Rouge drove. As a matter of fact, he found the car he liked at a Toyota dealership brand new and off of a truck. He paid CASH for his 2014 Scion TC fully loaded. Your mistake. Victor Rodriguez is the man! I went in last Saturday with a beat up 96 Nissan maxima and nothing to put down on a new vehicle. My credit is very poor so i aimed low when it came to a car. no bank wanted to approve me, but Victor fought valiantly until finally he got Nissan themselves to finance me for a 2014 Sentra with only 8 miles on it.
