I have so many things to say about this place and I have NEVER wrote a bad review but I just can't get over this entire situation. Everyone at Universal made our car buying experience painless. It started with Mirko our sales guy who was patient with our million questions. He was very personable and down to earth. The professionalism didn't end once the papers were signed it has continued with follow up calls and emails.
Excellent people and excellent service!!!!! I purchased my 2016 Nissan Maxima approximately 2 months ago from these guys. No other Nissan dealership could match or beat the deal that I received at Universal Nissan. I am very happy with my new automobile and I am extremely happy with my low monthly payments.
