Beyond pissed off and starting to regret not going to a different Nissan Dealership. First off they kept us 6 hours when we bought the car on Saturday 11/5/16. At the time of purchase we were told the books and the 2nd set of keys were locked in a manager's office that they wouldn't have access to until the Monday 11/7/16. So we were told to stop in any day after Monday to just pick up keys and the books. Went back the Tuesday 11/8/16 after purchase and sat for 1 hr 15 mins waiting for them to still attempt to locate the boo... read more
