Yogi was by far the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. We have been to multiple dealers with terrible customer service , feeling completely discouraged on purchasing a new vehicle & yogi made us feel like he actually cared & invested his time into us and meeting our needs 100% .

We purchased a brand new 2016 Nissan Rogue when we were in Florida on a vacation we are from Wisconsin and in wisconsin we need a front license plate bracket and when we were there you guys gave us the wrong bracket and when we got home to Wisconsin and went to put it on and let you guys know we have been told multiple time we r shipping you the correct bracket and this has been going on for 2 months now and now no one will even answer our calls or return our messages. My first time at Universal Nissan I worked with Yogi and he was excellent. He was very passionate and knowledgeable about his brand and all of the cars on the lot. I felt welcome and comfortable throughout the whole purchasing process and I left with a brand new Sentra. I have to say, I am very impressed with the service department at Universal Nissan. I made an appointment to take my wife's Sentra that needed a couple of safety recalls done. From the moment we got there to the moment we went back to pick up the car, the level of customer service was second to none. My wife was looking at the new Juke and whenever we are ready to change her car, I will definitely consider Universal Nissan.
