I had the opportunity to purchase a new car from Universal Nissan. Chris Oliva provided the most outstanding service I have ever received at a car dealership. He took care of not only me but my family and made the car buying experience a pleasant one. I most definitely recommend Universal Nissan and most importantly Chris Oliva for your car purchase.
I visited universal nissan on 3-10-17 at around 11am or more to return the car rental I had from nissan. The car rental itself was ok but the gas gauge kept shifting from full to not full on the 2017 nissan Altima. I parked the vehicle on the outside where I was asked to wait for check in. I was in the sun for about 20 to 25 minutes before a staff member asked me if I wanted to wait by the doors in the shade and someone will assist me shortly. Worst service of my entire life. They treated me so bad and didn't explain to me what happened to my car and what they did to fix it... terrible place.

This dealership is terrible, I got a Nissan cube that have problems with the transmission and they don't care to do anything about it, l will never be doing any business with this people again,
Awesome customer service!!My wedding ring of 17 years fell into the trunk latch of my Nissan Sentra rental car while vacationing in Orlando and it was lodged in the trunk frame.Felino assured us that they could help us and calmed me down.Tony the service advisor assisted us by using a tool and was able to retrieve the ring, and within 20 minutes of driving into service, all was good and we were on our way to a ball game!!Thank you so much for your fast courtesy service!!
