The service provided at this location was just outstanding! It was my second time purchasing a new (used car) here. The previous time it was Pedro that assisted us, this time we had Frankie, who was such a gentleman and not a pushy salesman. He genuinely cared for what our concerns were and what we were looking for. Got there around 7:30pm looking for a used car I saw online for my daughter. She wanted a vehicle that was good on gas, pearl white and below 10k. She got what she wanted a and the payments are comfortable for her to pay. We were done by 9:30pm with keys and papers already signed. Ivan Valdes, his sales manager and the finance manager were amazing with everything and listened to our needs and requirements. I recommend them to anybody.
I'd been looking to trade in my car (2014 Ford Focus - DO NOT GET ONE) for a while now but given the state of it and the fact that I had negative equity on it, it's been difficult. So before going to Universal Nissan, I went to a few other dealers.
