The wait was a little long but the customer service was excellent!
People are friendly, but you kind of have to expect that from a place of business. Service took way too long for an oil change. Was like going to a doctors appointment 2 hours and that was without the free car wash. Mind you I had a 2 o'clock appointment and left there a little after 4 o'clock
I bought my Nissan Versa Note from Universal Nissan about 15 months ago and have had all the regular services performed here. Charlie is my service advisor and is really great. He makes sure I understand what my car needs to keep running as well as the day I bought it, makes sure I don't pay more than I have to, and always makes sure I get my car washed too!
Is the best dealer in Orlando. They help me on the phone to find my car and in the dealer too.
Our experience has been very disappointing and we're about to go to another dealership unless someone can offer us a resolution. We bought a 2016 Pathfinder last April and got an airbag recall notice a few months later so I called to make an appointment and because of my husband's and my work schedules, we couldn't get in for a few weeks. I walked in trying to trade my shitty ass car that I thought no one was a going to take and I end up leaving in a brand new 2017 Nissan with poor credit and all thanks to Billy he is great and genuinely cares about the needs of the customers!! Thanks man u rock!
